Our Team
Company director Shane Norris started his career in commercial plumbing before commencing with the family earthmoving and civil construction company, Norris Plant Hire. Combining his extensive experience in both industries to create Civil Force, Shane brings more than 30 years of knowledge and expertise into every Civil Force project.
The Civil Force team strive each day to uphold the outstanding reputation that Civil Force has developed in the Geelong region for civil construction and currently consists of:
