Previous experience working alongside this valued Client resulted in the appointment of Civil Force as the Principal Contractor for these two stages, built concurrently. Encompassing 94 residential lots, works included the construction of large-scale wetlands, sewer, water and drainage reticulation, civil works for electrical and NBN and more than 8,000 square metres of new roads – all delivered on time and on budget.
This contract also included the widening of both sides of Ash Road and the construction of the adjoining intersection. All works were conducted under the guidelines detailed in the Cultural Heritage Management Plan issued for the site.
