Retirement Village • 2017
In 2016, Civil Force were awarded the contract for the civil works associated with Stage 3 of this retirement village, situated in Lara. Successful completion of these works resulted in Civil Force also being awarded Stage 4, completed in 2017.
Scope included bulk earthworks, installation of sewer and water mains, construction of internal roads and drainage and the widening of Watt Street.
