Civil Force have been appointed as the Principal Contractor to multiple stages of this residential development, from initial award of Stage 2 in 2016, to final completion of the Basin works . Completed works have included construction of roads and drainage, earthworks, installation of sewer and water mains, trenching for telecommunication and electrical services and incidental works (including landscaping, fencing, line marking and sign installation).
Stage 5 works also included the widening of Bluff Road and the construction of the Jacana Road intersection.
