Engaged as the Principal Contractor, Civil Force was contracted to complete all civil works associated with this 54 lot (all approximately 1 acre) residential subdivision, situated on Hendy Main Road, Moriac. Works consisted of more than 1,000 lineal metres of drainage, nearly 12,000 square metres of road construction and over 2,000 lineal metres of water main construction. The execution of a contract of this scale, on-time and on-budget, has not only built strong relationships with the stakeholders involved but also illustrated the capabilities of Civil Force.
The contracted works also included the widening of the corresponding section of Hendy Main Road and the formation of the accompanying intersection, under the authority of VicRoads.
