Residential Subdivision • 2018
Civil Force was engaged in 2017 to complete the civil works associated with a new 24 lot residential subdivision in Anglesea, with completion of the contract achieved in 2018. Scope of works included the construction of roads, drainage, sewer and water mains, along with the civil works required for the installation of telecommunication and electrical services.
This development is situated on the former Anglesea Primary School site – Civil Force were also entrusted to coordinate the removal of the contaminated ground encountered during construction.
