Retirement Village • 2019
Civil Force are proud to have constructed all civil works associated with these stages and associated portions of a new retirement home, currently being built in Armstrong Creek. With works including formation of all roads and drainage, sewer and water reticulation (potable, recycled and fire), along with civil works for electrical and communication installations, this project was delivered inside the required timeframe of the Client.
This multi-staged contract also included the widening of Barwon Heads Road and the construction of the corresponding intersection, under the jurisdiction of VicRoads. This element of the project was also completed according to the timing and budget requirements of the Client, with the minimum of disturbance to all stakeholders and the neighbouring community.
